"The track tries to show 'contrast' between lights and darkness,
melodies and groove. It's about feelings experienced on the
dancefloor under different points of view."
Clubbervision

As featured on the momentous mixed compilation "Destinations" by Pole Folder, Clubbervision's "Contrast" churns its breezy driving melody into a groundwork for I.B.'s progressively tribal-tech remix and Jerome Isma-Ae's hands-in-the-air dance-your-ass-off summer anthem.

Clubbervision is the name for the Spanish band formed by Daniel Ferreira and Jorge Garcia. Daniel has been part of the tecnopop/clubhouse band “Groovekicks” in the 90's ending with some success in Vigo, a small town at the north of the country. He has a classical knowledge of music and his learning about electronic sounds started with a small and cheap groovebox that really involved him in creating patterns and sequences as one of his preferred things and moving to music software later. By other part, Jorge has been working as dj/speaker and sound engineer since 1997 for some national Spanish stations, letting him discover records and labels from deep house music to trance that came from America and UK. That motivated him making his first productions with software like ‘Impulse Tracker’.
In summer of 2000 they discovered each other, and made a good relationship so loved the same music and philosophy of it. They finally decided to combine forces past January 2003 and started Clubbervision, based on the upcoming and hi-quality style of progressive electronic music that they discovered thanks to 90’s bands like Leftfield, Prodigy, Chemical Brothers and compilations from Global Underground and Renaissance. First demo cds were sent and the interest quickly came from some of the hottest UK labels, like Navigation records who asked the guys for a remix of the hit ‘Jase from outta space – Do what you want’. The Clubbervision interpretation of the track was released in 2004 as B side white label for Infusion’s remix and then Jorge and Dani got worldwide exposure with really good comments even from the original artist of the tune. That helped to reach the first record deals with labels like Politik Records (USA), Pangea (USA) and Park Limited Muzik (Japan), having massive support and charted by djs like Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha, DJ19, Markus Schulz and many more. Then the success continued with the remix signed for ‘IB – Love & Religion’ track, that was released under legendary label Looq records, and aired at John Digweed’s Kiss100 show. But it wasn’t until 2005 when they probably made their biggest hit so far: ‘Clubbervision – Paz’ which impressed Private Reality’s label owner Mark Venneri, also known as his productions under Madoka name. He quickly wanted to release it under the label, and made a remix himself. The tune received the support from Nick Warren, Matthew Dekay, Jonathan Lisle and Max Graham. That release made Clubbervision some of the first Spanish artists in having their music released under 3beat distribution labels, so that caught the attention of all clubbing scene and media from their country, being nominated as best revelation artists in Deejay Magazine (Spanish edition) in 2005. Also a Spanish distributor offered them a place as A&R and head producers of a new, the first 100% progressive and electronic label ever in Spain: Noctambula Records. The label is now in their 6th release with really good response. First Clubbervision digital release ‘The lost dream’ reached #1 Top sales on breaks chart at Beatport.com. In 2007, their track “Blue Pills” was licensed by Global Underground for CD and 12” and included at “Afterhours 3” compilation.
The guys have been doing since then a wide range of electronic and progressive music, from 4 by 4 to breaks, techno, trance and deep tracks. That have already made their own way in the scene, not only about their fresh and original production work, but also doing impressive Live-Acts around the world using state-of-the art software and hardware resources. Its not just a couple of djs, its not just a couple of producers, its… Clubbervision.

This is the band integrated by Sergio Miraglia & Miguel Muñoz , both born in Valencia (Spain) . They began their profesional career as dj..s at 80..s ending influenced by groups as New Order , Front 42 or Depeche Mode but it wasn..t until 90..s when their career lift-off and started to being known at electronic music scene of Spain.
Althought their first productions were published under the name of MISS , it wasn..t until the release of the ep "The Beginning" using their current I.B. name when they reached worlwide acknowledgment and distribution.
They dark and melodic style is between the deepest deep progressive and tech-house music , has been already supported by the publishing of the ep "Useless"(options records) named in tribute of Depeche Mode , where I.B. included their "Mirage" track that received very good appreciations in press and also was played by the best dj..s of the world!!!
Their last hit "Live On The Main Stage" published by the belgian label K-Records , has traveled around the world on the best dj..s boxes , as well as be included in the cd-mix that FAITHLESS compiled and mixed for the prestigious label Renaissance.
All of those features set this duo in a preferential position , and even appeals for other labels to be included in forthcoming projects. In their live set , they make a copilation of their special repertory for the dance-floor , with the supporting of the computer modern technologies . This couple of producers may permit themselves play with the improvisation and shoot loops and fx on real time , proving us that the music digitalization represents a giant step to the art exploration.
