Max Gueli is an Italian (South African born) Producer and DJ based in Rome, Italy.
He began his musical career as a DJ based in Stellenbosch and Cape Town for small time venues and local bars/pubs at the age of 17. At 21 he moved his skills to Europe and eventually to the UK at 23 where he began to learn the realms of sound engineering and music production. At 26 he returned to Rome to further his production skills and has been based there ever since.
Max's styles range from progressive house/trance, with the added elements of rich percussive grooves and minimal house. However, he has neve limited his taste for other styles and genres and has composed several chill-out, drum&bass and even rock tracks, be it his own productions or collaborations with other fellow producers and friends.
